Cupcakes are a delightful treat that comes in various flavors and can be decorated in numerous ways.
Ingredients
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter,melted
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Beat with an electric whisk until smooth.
- Spoon the batter into the approx 20 cupcake cases.
- Preheat oven to 175°C/350°F.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Once its done let it cool for 5 minutes before decorating with icing.
