Egg wrapper for Lumpia sariwa

  • 170 grams constarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 large eggs

Egg wrapper for Lumpia sariwa or Fresh Lumpia. Just prepare the ingredients and follow the step by step  instructions. Watch our video.


  1. Separate egg yolks form white.
  2. Beat egg whites until frothy, and then add egg yolks and blend together..
  3. Combine cornstarch with water and add to eggs and mix it together.
  4. Let stand for 5 minutes to settle the bubbles.
  5. Using non-sticky pan in medium heat, and brush with oil. Pour 2 tbsp. of mixture.
  6. Quickly tip the pan from side to side to spread the mixture into a thin pancake.
  7. Cook the pancake until it can be lifted  from the pan.
  8. And continue the same with the rest of the mixture.
