Ingredients
- 4 medium size bullet tuna or mackerel
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 inch ginger, crushed
- ½ tsp peppercorn
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 4 chilli pepper (optional)
Directions
- Cut fish in 3 pieces. Put in skillet.
- Add all the other ingredients except coconut milk.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for about 10 minutes.
- Add coconut milk and cook over moderate heat for about 5 minutes
