Ginataang-isda

Ingredients 

  • 4 medium size bullet tuna or mackerel
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 inch ginger, crushed
  • ½ tsp peppercorn
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 4 chilli pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. Cut fish in 3 pieces. Put in skillet.
  2. Add all the other ingredients except coconut milk.
  3. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add coconut milk and cook over moderate heat for about 5 minutes
