Ingredients 

  • 500g – 600g Fish (Tilapia or sea bream)
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 2 Gloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3 medium tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Black pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 green onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp. fish sauce
  • Cooking oil for frying

Directions

  1. Cut the fish into 3 to 4 pieces and sprinkle with salt, stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Fry fish in both side in hot oil until light brown.
  3. Sauté garlic , onions, haft of spring onion  and tomatoes until mushy.
  4. Add pepper, water and fish sauce, simmer
  5. Add fish and cook for 2 minutes, turning both side
  6. Garnished with chopped green onion and serve.
