Ingredients
- 1 cup dried baby shrimps
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. oil
Directions
- Heat the frying pan then put the dried baby shrimps, and stir-fry for 1 minute
- Add oil and continue to stir-fry for another 1minute.
- Then transfer the fried dried baby shrimps to a bowl, mix the chopped onion and chopped tomato before serving
