500g – 600g Fish (Tilapia or sea bream)

1 tbsp. salt

2 Gloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion chopped

3 medium tomatoes chopped

1/2 tsp. Black pepper

1 cup water

2 green onion chopped

1 tbsp. fish sauce

Cooking oil for frying


1. Cut the fish into 3 to 4 pieces and sprinkle with salt, stand for 15 minutes.

2. Fry fish in both side in hot oil until light brown.

3. Sauté garlic, onions, haft of spring onion and tomatoes until mushy.

4. Add pepper, water and fish sauce, simmer

5. Add fish and cook for 2 minutes, turning both side

6. Garnished with chopped green onion and serve.
