Delivery Policy for Frozen Products

1 General Information

This policy is for frozen products Only. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

And we only process your order if agree with our terms and conditions for frozen products.

2 Delivery Location

Frozen products offered on our website are available for delivery to Mainland UK.

You can amend your order as much as you like before you click ‘Confirm & Pay’, but after this point, you will be unable to make any changes or amendments to your order.

3 Delivery Time

NO delivery FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY, and Bank HOLIDAY

All frozen products can be delivered on NEXT DAY delivery ONLY.

All orders on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Weekend will be processed Monday for Tuesday Delivery

All orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday before 9am will be processed the same day and will be delivered following day.

All orders on Monday after 9am will be processed Tuesday and deliver Wednesday.

All orders on Tuesday after 9am will be processed Monday and deliver Tuesday.

 

5. Protection

Each FROZEN item is NOT protected for loss due to failed delivery or damage. 
The services provided to us by the couriers will send the Frozen items, however, they will not be protected for any damage.

Yes, we accept Click and Collect.

Just select the Items you would like to order and when finish just select Pick up in store as delivery method at the checkout page.

Wait for the confirmation, then we will send you the 2nd text to arrange the Pickup Date and Time.
