Adobong Okra is a Filipino dish that features okra (ladyfinger or gumbo) cooked in the classic adobo style. It's a simple and tasty way to enjoy this vegetable.
Ingredients
- 10 pcs Okra, cut in haft
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil for Sauté
- 2 gloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 lbs. pork , cut small cubes
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
Directions
- Parboil okra, drain.
- Heat oil in a skillet and Sautee garlic until light brown.
- Add pork and cook stir fry until crispy.
- Add okra and cook stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add vinegar until it start boiling. Then add soy sauce and stir fry until boiling point.
