Adobong Okra

Ingredients 

  • 10 pcs Okra, cut in haft
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil for Sauté
  • 2 gloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 lbs. pork , cut small cubes
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt

 Directions 

  1. Parboil okra, drain.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and Sautee garlic until light brown.
  3. Add pork and cook stir fry until crispy.
  4. Add okra and cook stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add vinegar until it start boiling. Then add soy sauce and stir fry until boiling point.

Serve and Enjoy!
