pcs Okra, cut in haft
Tbsp. cooking oil for Sauté
gloves garlic, minced
cup Soy sauce
tsp. ground pepper
lbs. pork , cut small cubes
1. Parboil okra,
2. Heat oil in a
skillet and Sautee garlic until light brown.
3. Add pork and cook
stir fry until crispy.
4. Add okra and cook
stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
5. Add vinegar until
it start boiling. Then add soy sauce and stir fry until boiling point.

Adobong okra is another type of Filipino dish, It is stir-fry okra in garlic, vinegar and soy sauce. In this recipe, I used diced pork belly to add more flavour to the dish but for the vegetarian and healthy option, use olive oil for sautéing and tokwa instead of pork.
