- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
- In the event of your order being damaged in transit please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will then refund your order including postage costs. We may ask for photographic proof of damage.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless goods are damaged.

- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any purchases of Frozen Products.
- Unfortunately, clearance sale items purchased cannot be returned. This is clearly stated when you purchase them.
